Social Media Marketing Intern
smizzmy is seeking a motivated, resourceful and tech-savvy student to serve as a social media intern. The intern will work directly with the social media team to strategize, craft and execute content for all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, Linkedin and Snapchat. Applicants should have a strong level of experience with these channels, a demonstrated writing ability, organizational skills, the ability to work both as part of a team and solo, and creativity to spare.
Job Description
Social Media Intern Job Responsibilities:

Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content.

Brainstorms campaign ideas.

Monitor various social media platforms.
-
Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.

Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.

Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.

Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.

Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.

Assists in creating performance reports.
Work Hours & Benefits:

(8) Eight hours daily 9am - 6pm with 1-hour lunch break.

Job Requirements:

Having excellent command of the English language.

Bonus if you have excellent written command of the following languages: Bahasa Malaysia.

Second or third year marketing, communications, language, psychology majors (or any related majors!) or if you have a strong passion for online user experience and marketing, that’s great too.

You live on Whatsapp, Facebook, and Instagram.

You have some sort of writing experience (for a school magazine, a blog, or to make a quick buck on the side - whatever).

Available to commit at least 3 months of full time internship with us.
